I Just Got a Huge Raise
I just got a really big promotion at work and along with the promotion came an enormous raise. Believe it or not I almost doubled my salary! This is great news for me because I was barely making ends meet before. In fact I was making so little money that I hardly had to pay any taxes at all on the money that I was making. Making more money is fantastic but I am a little bit worried about how much more I will be paying in taxes. I will have to work a lot harder now that I have been promoted and the last thing that I want to do is turn around and hand my hard earned money over to the IRS. Now that I am earning a lot of money I feel like I need to start researching new income tax breaks so that I am able to keep as much of that money as possible.
